When I got my copy of "Fifty Years in the Feri Tradition" by Cora Anderson, I thought to myself "Arrgh! I paid 'how much' for this thin thing?"
I've just finished it and I can safely say that in that I learned more from that 63-page work by Cora about paganism than I have from books that are four times the size.
Unlike a lot of works, Cora doesn't use "airy fairy" new age slang. She is straight and to the point. For example, in her discussion of karma she says:
"There is another claim often made by underdeveloped or fraudulent psychics. They tell us that we all choose the afflictions and misfortunes we are to suffer in the next incarnation while we are between lives. To put it bluntly, this is a cruel lie. I do not mean that no one does this, but that it depends upon the character of the soul whether or not this path is followed." (page 46)
Wow. She called folks out didn't she?
